This is a CT scan of a soft squeeky doll. The squeeking bladder can be seen in yellow just below the surface of the abdomen with its musical reed at approximately 5 o'clock. The pinkish colored circle on the abdomen and squares for the eyes are a thin plastic material. The terry cloth texture of the surface can be seen on the extreme surface of the body. Note the orange stitching in the label located on the posterior aspect of the left foot. Also note the orange stitching in the seams and smile. The generalized grainy substance in green on the proximal to all seams is fluff.

The relationship of the squeeking bladder is more clearly appreciated in the movie. Also note the label on the back of the neck.
