This is a CT scan of a music box toy. Here it is seen in a coronal reconstruction viewing the dorsal side. The blue mechanical apparatus is the music box mechanism. In the movie, the wind-up knob can be viewed along with the bent trapezoidal window that lies just cephalad to it. This window features changing scenes as the music plays. Note that the streaking artifacts are quite dramatic in this scan. The metal in the music box mechanism was so thick, the x-rays could not penetrate it in several places which obliterated surrounding detail.
