This is a CT scan of a food eaten only by the very brave in according to Dr. K.H. Fung in Hong Kong. These are eggs with chicken embryos. Here the insides are exposed by the software. We see half a dozen of these delicacies with the embryos themselves visualized in orange. The air pockets within the eggs can be seen in green.
